#01 Email archivation

At Madev, we developed a custom Email Archiving solution for a client, designed to handle a massive volume of emails efficiently. With an archive size exceeding 20 TB and the ability to process thousands of emails per minute, our system ensures that no email is missed. Connected seamlessly to Office 365 and hosted in Microsoft Azure, users benefit from lightning-fast access to their most important messages, with response times in milliseconds. Our system also analyzes messages and integrates them with the company’s CRM systems, providing a comprehensive and connected experience.

#02 Medical clinic system

At Madev, we developed a secure internal system with a web interface tailored to the specific needs of a network of medical clinics. This comprehensive solution streamlines patient management and medical results management, ensuring efficient and accurate handling of sensitive information. Connected to external laboratories for seamless data integration, the system also supports financial administration. Currently, we are working on integrating with the Slovakian NCZI to further enhance its capabilities. Given the nature of patient medical information, we place a high priority on security, implementing robust measures to protect data privacy and integrity.

#03 Phone call analysis by AI

At Madev, we developed a sophisticated system for a large call center operating in four European countries. This cloud-based solution, utilizing Azure and OpenAI resources, analyzes phone recordings in various languages, summarizing these often lengthy calls and noting specific customer needs and requests. The results are exposed via an API for seamless integration with the CRM system. By automating this process, our system saves a significant amount of time for sales representatives, who no longer have to listen to old calls. This efficiency boost allows them to focus more on engaging with customers and improving service quality.

#04 Inventory stock management

At Madev, we developed a custom-made Inventory Stock Management System designed to streamline the management of company properties. The system features a user-friendly web interface and is integrated with special printers to create labels with QR codes. A complementary mobile application is also part of the solution, allowing users to scan QR codes and perform various operations, including tracking GPS coordinates. The system supports numerous processes, such as purchasing new equipment, lending equipment to employees, and generating detailed protocols. This comprehensive solution enhances efficiency and accuracy in managing inventory stock.

#05 IT employee management

At Madev, we developed an Automated Employee Account Management System that synchronizes changes in employee accounts from CRM software to other IT-managed systems such as Active Directory, email servers, PBX servers, and Microsoft Office 365. For instance, when the HR department assigns user Michael to the Finance team, the system automatically handles all necessary updates, including changing permissions, adding new email addresses, forwarding old emails, exporting documents, and assigning new phone lines. This automation significantly reduces the manual workload for the IT department. Configurations are easily managed through a web browser, and employee changes are communicated via REST API, ensuring seamless integration and efficiency.

#06 Document analysis

At Madev, we developed an advanced Automated Invoice and Contract Processing System for a client receiving invoices from thousands of different partners. These invoices come in various formats, including PDF, Word, scanned images, HTML, and Excel. Our sophisticated robots analyze the information on these invoices, compare them with the internal database, and register payments efficiently. During peak seasons, the system processes thousands of invoices daily. Additionally, we have deployed various robots that not only handle documents but also manage emails and phone calls, ensuring comprehensive automation and improved operational efficiency.
